  • Applications
  • Western Blot (Cell lysate)
  • Western Blot (Cell lysate)
  • Western blot analysis of ROS1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3387) in HL-60 cell lysate. ROS (arrow) was detected using purified polyclonal antibody. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.
  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
  • Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocellular carcinoma tissue reacted with ROS1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3387) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry ; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. HC = hepatocarcinoma.

  • 6098
  • Gene Name:
  • ROS1
  • Gene Alias:
  • MCF3,ROS,c-ros-1
  • Gene Description:
  • c-ros oncogene 1 , receptor tyrosine kinase
  • Gene Summary:
  • This proto-oncogene, highly-expressed in a variety of tumor cell lines, belongs to the sevenless subfamily of tyrosine kinase insulin receptor genes. The protein encoded by this gene is a type I integral membrane protein with tyrosine kinase activity. The protein may function as a growth or differentiation factor receptor. [provided by RefSeq
