  • Applications
  • Western Blot (Cell lysate)
  • Western Blot (Cell lysate)
  • The DGKZ polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3265) is used in Western blot to detect DGKZ in Ramos cell lysate.
  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
  • Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocellular carcinoma tissue reacted with DGKZ polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3265) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. HC = hepatocarcinoma.
  • Immunofluorescence
  • Immunofluorescence
  • SF1 colocalizes with DGKZ and PA in the nuclei of H295R cells. Cells were plated onto glass coverslips, fixed, permeabilized, and incubated with anti-SF1 and DGKZ polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3265) for 1 h. Coverslips were washed and incubated with anti-fluorescein isothiocyanate and antirhodamine, and immunofluorescence was detected by confocal microscopy.

  • Gene Name:
  • DGKZ
  • Gene Alias:
  • DAGK5,DAGK6,DGK-ZETA,hDGKzeta
  • Gene Description:
  • diacylglycerol kinase, zeta 104kDa
  • Gene Summary:
  • The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the eukaryotic diacylglycerol kinase family. It may attenuate protein kinase C activity by regulating diacylglycerol levels in intracellular signaling cascade and signal transduction. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and four transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified. [provided by RefSeq
