HA polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB29057) was analyzed using ELISA and western blots using an N-terminal HA-tagged protein. Secondary antibodies used in these quality control assays were alkaline phosphatase- and HRP-labeled goat anti-chicken IgYantibodies (1:1000 dilution), respectively.
