Applications
Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of NCI-H460 cell lysate with CAMK1D polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2768). Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.Western Blot (Transfected lysate)
Western blot analysis of CAMK1D (arrow) using CAMK1D polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2768).
293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the CAMK1D gene (Lane 2).Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocellular carcinoma tissue reacted with CAMK1D polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2768) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry ; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. HC = hepatocarcinoma. -

HyperlinkGene Summary
This gene encodes a member of the Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 1 subfamily of serine/threonine kinases. The encoded protein may be involved in the regulation of granulocyte function through the chemokine signal transduction pathway. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms of this gene have been described. [provided by RefSeq
