Applications
Western Blot (Tissue lysate)
The MARK1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2698) is used in Western blot to detect MARK1 in P7 mouse whole brain lysate (60 ug). Data and protocol kindly provided by DR. Shengli Zhao, M.D., Ph.D. of Duke University Medical Center.Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with MARK1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2698) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry ; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. -
