Applications
Western Blot
Western blot analysis of TRDMT1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2186) in Jurkat cell lysate (Lane A) and mouse liver tissue lysate (Lane B) . Dnmt2 (arrow) was detected using purified polyclonal antibody. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocellular carcinoma tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. HC = hepatocarcinoma. -

HyperlinkGene Summary
This gene encodes a protein responsible for the methylation of aspartic acid transfer RNA. While similar in sequence and structure to DNA cytosine methyltransferases, this gene is distinct and highly conserved in its function among taxa. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq
