Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of PRMT3 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB2171) in whole HL-60 cell lysate : PRMT3 (Arrow) was detected using purified polyclonal antibody. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.
