Storage Buffer:
Lyophilized from 20 mM potassium phosphate, 150 mM sodium chloride, pH 7.2 (10 mg/mL BSA, 0.01% sodium azide).
Storage Instruction:
Store at 4°C prior to restoration. After reconstitution with 100 uL deionized water (or equivalent), aliquot and store at -20°C or lower for extended storage. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
