Rabbit anti-pig IgG recognizes pig IgM mu heavy chain. This secondary antibody was purified using delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. The antibody is conjugated with Peroxidase.
Pig IgM mu heavy chain
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Swine IgM and Swine Serum. No reaction was observed against Swine IgG.
This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.
ELISA (1:10000-1:50000) Western Blot (1:1000-1:10000) Immunohistochemistry (1:500-1:2500) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
