Rabbit anti-pig IgG recognizes pig IgM mu heavy chain. This secondary antibody was purified using delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. The antibody is conjugated with Peroxidase.

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Swine IgM and Swine Serum. No reaction was observed against Swine IgG.

Storage Instruction
