Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of CD3G polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB1890) in HL-60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). CD3G (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with CD3G polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB1890) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometric analysis of HL-60 cells using CD3G polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB1890)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).
FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

The protein encoded by this gene is the CD3-gamma polypeptide, which together with CD3-epsilon, -delta and -zeta, and the T-cell receptor alpha/beta and gamma/delta heterodimers, forms the T-cell receptor-CD3 complex. This complex plays an important role in coupling antigen recognition to several intracellular signal-transduction pathways. The genes encoding the epsilon, gamma and delta polypeptides are located in the same cluster on chromosome 11. Defects in this gene are associated with T cell immunodeficiency. [provided by RefSeq
