Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Application

Western Blot (Cell lysate)

Detection of RNQ1 protein in S. cerevisiae by Western blotting with RNQ1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB15579).
Cells were harvested after 24 h of galactose induction.
Extracts were centrifuged and soluble (Lane 1) and pelleted (Lane 2) fractions were assayed by Western blotting using this antibody. RNQ1 protein was detected in pelleted fraction.
