Western Blot (Tissue lysate)
The tissue lysate derived from mouse liver tissue at 50 ug/lane loaded onto SDS-PAGE, transferred onto a NC membrane, then blotted by Fah polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12766) at 1 : 500. An immunoreactive band Fah protein is observed around ~ 47kD.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
IHC : The mouse liver tissue was fixed and stained by Fah polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12766) at 2 ug/mL for 37°C, 30 min, followed by HRP-linked secondary antibody, and visualized by AEC substrate, and counterstaining by hematoxylin.
