Applications
Western Blot (Transfected lysate)
The whole cell lysate of NIH/ 3T3 with over-expressed E-Tag fused recombinant protein was resolved onto 10% SDS-PAGE, then transferred onto NC membrane. Followed by an immune-blotting with E tag polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB12765) at 1 : 1000. Lane 2 was pre-incubated by immunizing peptide.Immunoprecipitation
Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay
