Goat anti-rat IgG recognizes rat IgG F(ab')2 fragment. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography. The antibody is conjugated with Rhodamine.
Rat IgG F(ab')2 fragment
No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), rat IgG F(c) or bovine, horse and human serum proteins.
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography, followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
