Goat anti-rat IgG recognizes rat IgG F(ab')2 fragment. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography. The antibody is conjugated with Fluorescein.
Rat IgG F(ab')2 fragment
No reaction was observed against rat IgG F(c), anti-Pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c) or bovine, horse and human serum proteins.
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography, followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
2.4 moles FITC per mole of goat IgG F(ab')2
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
