Product Description
Goat anti-dog IgG recognizes dog IgG whole molecule. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography. The antibody is conjugated with Rhodamine.
Immunogen
Dog IgG whole molecule.
Host
Goat
Reactivity
Dog
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, dog IgG and dog serum.
Form
Lyophilized
Conjugation
Rhodamine (TRITC)
Purification
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using dog IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Conjugation Note
FP Value: 2.8 moles Rhodamine (TRITC) per mole of IgG
