Western blot using MLF1IP (phospho T78) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB10333) shows detection of MLF1IP phosphorylated at Thr78. HeLa cells were co-infected with the indicated adenoviruses expressing GFP-tagged Plk1 or PBIP1. Blots were probed with the MLF1IP (phospho T78) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB10333), stripped, and then reprobed with anti-GFP antibody (Kang & Park, et al., 2006).
Immunohistochemistry of MLF1IP (phospho T78) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB10333) was used at 20 ug/mL to detect signal in a variety of tissues including multi-human, multi-brain and multi-cancer slides. The centromere is a specialized chromatin domain, present throughout the cell cycle, that acts as a platform on which the transient assembly of the kinetochore occurs during mitosis. All active centromeres are characterized by the presence of long arrays of nucleosomes in which CENPA (MIM 117139) replaces histone H3 (see MIM 601128).
