Activity
Stimulates growth of bovine capillary endothelial cells by 3-5 fold over 5% calf serum at 10-25ng/mL FGF.
Storage Buffer
Each 1μg protein were lyophilized from 0.1mL solution in 1mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.0. Reconstitute the lyophilized powder in 50mM Na2HPO4, pH 7.0, 0.5% albumin to 1-20ng/mL.
Storage Instruction
Lyophilized protein at room temperature for 2 weeks, should be stored at -20°C. Protein aliquots at 4°C for 2-3 weeks and should be stored at -20°C to -80°C.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. -
