Preparation Method
The Trichoplusia ni cell line was infected by a recombinant Baculovirus harboring the Norovirus GII.4 VLP.
Purification
Infected Trichoplusia ni cells are lysed and centrifuged and then the soluble extract containing the VLPs is dialyzed against PBS.
