  • Endotoxin Level:
  • Endotoxin level is <0.1 ng/ug of protein (<1 EU/ug).
  • Activity:
  • Determined by its ability to stimulate human IL-8 production by human PBMC using a concentration range of 10.0-25.0 ng/mL. Results may vary with PBMC donors.
  • Recommend Usage:
  • Activity assay
    SDS-PAGE
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
  • Storage Buffer:
  • Lyophilized from 20 mM Sodium Citrate, pH 3.0.
  • Storage Instruction:
  • Store at -20°C.
Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
For extended storage, it is recommended to further dilute in a buffer containing a carrier protein (example 0.1% BSA) and store in working aliquots at -20°C to -80°C.

  • Gene Name:
  • CD70
  • Gene Alias:
  • CD27L,CD27LG,TNFSF7
  • Gene Description:
  • CD70 molecule
  • Gene Summary:
  • The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for TNFRSF27/CD27. It is a surface antigen on activated, but not on resting, T and B lymphocytes. It induces proliferation of costimulated T cells, enhances the generation of cytolytic T cells, and contributes to T cell activation. This cytokine is also reported to play a role in regulating B-cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin sythesis. [provided by RefSeq
