Applications
Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of Jurkat cell lysate (35 ug) with IL32 monoclonal antibody, clone AT2F9 (Cat # MAB9712) at 1 : 1000 dilution. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.Immunocytochemistry
Immunofluorescence
Immunofluorescence analysis of Jurkat cells. The cell was stained with IL32 monoclonal antibody, clone AT2F9 (1:100). The secondary antibody (green) was used Alexa Fluor 488. DAPI was stained the cell nucleus (blue).Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay

HyperlinkGene Summary
This gene encodes a member of the cytokine family. The protein contains a tyrosine sulfation site, 3 potential N-myristoylation sites, multiple putative phosphorylation sites, and an RGD cell-attachment sequence. Expression of this protein is increased after the activation of T-cells by mitogens or the activation of NK cells by IL-2. This protein induces the production of TNFalpha from macrophage cells. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized. [provided by RefSeq
