Western blot analysis of Jurkat cell lysate (35 ug) with IL32 monoclonal antibody, clone AT2F9 (Cat # MAB9712) at 1 : 1000 dilution. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
