Applications
Flow Cytometry
5 X 105 cultured human Jurkat cells were incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 ml of PECAM1 monoclonal antibody, clone 158-2B3 (Cat # MAB6952) at 10 mg/mL. Cells were washed twice and incubated with Goat anti-Mouse IgG/FITC, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed using a BD FACS Calibur. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.62 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1 negative control at a similar concentration. -
