Applications
Flow Cytometry
5 X 105 ficoll prepared human peripheral blood lymphocytes were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 ml of anti-CD39 (FITC) at a 1 : 50 dilution. Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed on a BD FACstar plus. A net 2.2% population of the cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.25 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/FITC negative control at a similar concentration. Binding was 100% blocked when cells were pre incubated 10 minutes with 20 ml of 0.5 mg/mL ENTPD1 monoclonal antibody, clone BU61 (Cat # MAB6910). -
