Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against native ICAM1.
Raji cells and spleen cells fused with NS1 cells.
Theoretical MW (kDa):
This antibody reacts with CD54 (ICAM-1), a 85-110 KDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein (receptor for rhinovirus) expressed on activated endothelial cells, Tlymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes and dendritic cells; the expression of CD54 is upregulated by activation.
Flow Cytometry (1 ug/mL) Immunocytochemistry Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) (10 ug/mL) Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections) (5-10 ug/mL) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
In PBS, 300 mM NaCl, pH 7.4
Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
This gene encodes a cell surface glycoprotein which is typically expressed on endothelial cells and cells of the immune system. It binds to integrins of type CD11a / CD18, or CD11b / CD18 and is also exploited by Rhinovirus as a receptor. [provided by RefSeq
