Flow Cytometry
BALB/c splenocytes were incubated with either hamster IgG (as an isotype control) or Cd79b monoclonal antibody, clone HM79-12 (Cat # MAB6215), and then stained with mouse anti-hamster IgG (H+L) -FITC. Small lymphocytes were gated and analyzed on a FACScan™ flow cytometer (BDIS, San Jose, CA).
