Flow Cytometry
Chicken peripheral blood mononuclear cells were double stained with mouse anti-chicken CD3-R-PE and Bu-1 monoclonal antibody, clone AV20 (FITC) (Cat # MAB5853). Lymphocytes were then gated and the cells analyzed on a FACScan™ flow cytometer (BDIS, San Jose, CA).
