Product Description
Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against Leishmania A2.
Immunogen
This antibody recognizes only the amastigote form of the A2 protein. This antibody recognizes the sequence QSVGPLSVGP from the parasite, Leishmania donovani.
Host
Mouse
Reactivity
Protozoa
Specificity
A sensitive antibody to Leishmania amastigote-specific A2 protein. This sequence can also be used as tag if cloned with the protein of interest. This sequence is particular to the parasite and therefore the antibody has no cross-reactivity with mammalian proteins. REACTIVITY: Leishmania donovani and Leishmania infantum, There is no cross-reactivity with other Leishmania species.
Form
Lyophilized
Purification
Protein G purification
Isotype
IgG1
Recommend Usage
Western Blot (1:100) (If reconstituted with deionized water in 100 uL)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.Storage Buffer
