Immunogen:
Native from human WM245 melanoma cells.
Host:
Mouse
Reactivity:
Cat, Dog, Human, Pig, Rabbit, Sheep
Specificity:
This antibody recognizes p75NTR (low affinity neurotrophin receptor).
Form:
Lyophilized
Purification:
Protein G purification
Isotype:
IgG1
Recommend Usage:
ELISA (1:5000) Flow Cytometry (20 ug/mL) Immunohistochemistry (2 ug/mL) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Storage Buffer:
Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.2-7.6 (0.1% trehalose, without preservative).
Storage Instruction:
Store at 4°C on dry atmosphere. Reconstitute with the addition of 100 uL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. After reconstitution, keep aliquots and store at -20°C for a higher stability, and at 2-8°C with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Nerve growth factor receptor contains an extracellular domain containing four 40-amino acid repeats with 6 cysteine residues at conserved positions followed by a serine/threonine-rich region, a single transmembrane domain, and a 155-amino acid cytoplasmic domain. The cysteine-rich region contains the nerve growth factor binding domain. [provided by RefSeq
