Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against Triiodothyronine (T3).
3, 5, 3'-Triiodothyronine (T3) conjugated with BSA.
3, 5, 3'-Triiodothyronine (T3) is a thyroid hormone, which together with thyroxine (T4) exerts a potent influence on the basal metabolic rate. T3 is synthesized from the tyrosine residues of thyroglobin and is found in the serum of normal individuals. Although T3 has a lower serum concentration than T4, it is 5 to 10 times more active. Cross-reactivity: T4 <1% T2 <1% T3 <1%
ELISA: Capture Antibody (3 ug/mL in 0.2M carbonate/bicarbonate buffer use 50-100ul/well to coat) Detection Antibody (can be conjugated to HRP or biotin) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
