Applications
Western Blot (Tissue lysate)
The extracts of mouse brain (50 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with HOMER1 monoclonal antibody, clone AT1F3 (Cat # MAB4202 ; 1 : 1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.Immunocytochemistry
Immunofluorescence
Immunofluorescence analysis of U87 MG cells. The cell was stained with HOMER1 monoclonal antibody, clone AT1F3 (1:100). The secondary antibody (green) was used Alexa Fluor 488. DAPI was stained the cell nucleus (blue).Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay
