Native purified CD24 from human bone marrow malignant cells from a non-B, non-T acute leukemia.
The molecular weight of the recognized antigen is 35-45KDa. Recognizes B cells from pre-B to mature-B stage. Clone ALB9 has been assigned to the CD24 cluster of differentiation at the sixth International Workshop on human Leucocyte Differentiation Antigens held in Kobe, Japan in 1996.
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
