Western Blot (Cell lysate)
Western blot analysis of HepG2 (20 ug) with MAT2A monoclonal antibody, clone AT3A2 (1: 1000).
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Immunohistochemistry of human colon cancer tissue were incubated with MAT2A monoclonal antibody, clone AT3A2 (1 : 50) for 2 hours at room temperature. Antigen retrieval was performed in 100 mM sodium citrate buffer and detected using Diaminobenzidine (DAB).

Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells. The cell was stained with MAT2A monoclonal antibody, clone AT3A2 (1:100). The secondary antibody (green) was used Alexa Fluor 488. DAPI was stained the cell nucleus (blue).
