Cell lysates of 293T (40 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with ST13 monoclonal antibody, clone AT1F1 (Cat # MAB3212 ; 1 : 1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
Paraffin embedded sections of human gastric cancer tissue were incubated with ST13 monoclonal antibody, clone AT1F1 (Cat # MAB3212 ; 1 : 25) for 2 hours at room temperature. Antigen retrieval was performed in 100 mM sodium citrate buffer and detected using Diaminobenzidine (DAB).
The protein encoded by this gene is an adaptor protein that mediates the association of the heat shock proteins HSP70 and HSP90. This protein has been shown to be involved in the assembly process of glucocorticoid receptor, which requires the assistance of multiple molecular chaperones.
