  • Applications
  • Western Blot (Cell lysate)
  • Western Blot (Cell lysate)
  • Cell lysates of 293T (40 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with ST13 monoclonal antibody, clone AT1F1 (Cat # MAB3212 ; 1 : 1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
  • Paraffin embedded sections of human gastric cancer tissue were incubated with ST13 monoclonal antibody, clone AT1F1 (Cat # MAB3212 ; 1 : 25) for 2 hours at room temperature.
Antigen retrieval was performed in 100 mM sodium citrate buffer and detected using Diaminobenzidine (DAB).

  • Gene Description:
  • suppression of tumorigenicity 13 (colon carcinoma) (Hsp70 interacting protein)
  • Gene Summary:
  • The protein encoded by this gene is an adaptor protein that mediates the association of the heat shock proteins HSP70 and HSP90. This protein has been shown to be involved in the assembly process of glucocorticoid receptor, which requires the assistance of multiple molecular chaperones. The expression of this gene is reported to be downregulated in colorectal carcinoma tissue suggesting that is a candidate tumor suppressor gene. [provided by RefSeq
