  • Applications
  • Western Blot (Cell lysate)
  • Western Blot (Cell lysate)
  • BRIP1 detected in 293 cell lysate using BRIP1 monoclonal antibody, clone pp15-IB4 (Cat # MAB2402).
  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
  • Immunohistochemical staining (Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) of human breast cancer using 1:200 dilution of BRIP1 monoclonal antibody, clone pp15-IB4 (Cat # MAB2402). The signal was developed using HRP-DAB method which followed counterstaining of the cells with hematoxylin. The antibody generated a nuclear stain in ductal cells with some cytoplasmic localization.

  • Gene Information
  • Gene Name:
  • BRIP1
  • Gene Alias:
  • BACH1,FANCJ,FLJ90232,MGC126521,MGC126523,OF
  • Gene Description:
  • BRCA1 interacting protein C-terminal helicase 1
  • Gene Summary:
  • The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the RecQ DEAH helicase family and interacts with the BRCT repeats of breast cancer, type 1 (BRCA1). The bound complex is important in the normal double-strand break repair function of breast cancer, type 1 (BRCA1). This gene may be a target of germline cancer-inducing mutations. [provided by RefSeq
