    A standard curve should be generated each time the assay is performed.
    In this ELISA assay, SpCas9 Monoclonal Antibody was labeled with Biotin. The sensitivity is <1 ng/mL and the detection range is 0-10 ng/mL.

  • Storage Buffer:
  • In PBS, pH7.4 (0.02% sodium azide).
    Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

    Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for up to 12 months at -20°C to -80°C.
