Sandwich ELISA
Standard curve of Adalimumab Sandwich ELISA. The Adalimumab Sandwich ELISA assay is developed by using Anti-Adalimumab monoclonal antibody, clone 15C7 (Cat # MAB23125) and Anti-Adalimumab monoclonal antibody, clone 3C2 (Biotin) (Cat # MAB23127) as the capture and detection antibodies, respectively. The sensitivity of detecting Rituximab is about 300 pg/mL.
