ELISA binding of Anti-Pembrolizumab monoclonal antibody, clone 94B9 (Cat # MAB23118) with Pembrolizumab. Coating antigen: Pembrolizumab, 1 ug/mL. Anti Pembrolizumab monoclonal antibody, clone 94B9 dilutions start from 1000 ng/mL. EC50= 2.234 ng/mL. While the antibody does not recognize the human IgG Fc fragment (data not shown).
Sandwich ELISA
The Sandwich ELISA assay is developed by using Anti-Pembrolizumab monoclonal antibody, clone 94B9 (Cat # MAB23118) and Anti-Pembrolizumab monoclonal antibody, clone 47E5 (Cat # MAB23117) as the capture and detection antibodies, respectively. In this ELISA assay, Anti-Pembrolizumab monoclonal antibody, clone 47E5 was labeled with Biotin. The sensitivity of detecting Pembrolizumab is up to 78 pg/mL.
Blocking
Anti-Pembrolizumab monoclonal antibody, clone 94B9 (Cat # MAB23118) blocks Pembrolizumab binding with Human PD-1 protein. Coating antigen: PD-1 protein, 0.5 ug/mL. Pembrolizumab-biotin final concentration: 20 ng/mL. Anti-Pembrolizumab monoclonal antibody, clone 94B9 dilutions start from 30 ug/mL. IC50 = 580 ng/mL.
This gene encodes a cell surface membrane protein of the immunoglobulin superfamily. This protein is expressed in pro-B-cells and is thought to play a role in their differentiation. In mice, expression of this gene is induced in the thymus when anti-CD3 antibodies are injected and large numbers of thymocytes undergo apoptosis. Mice deficient for this gene bred on a BALB/c background developed dilated cardiomyopathy and died from congestive heart failure. These studies suggest that this gene product may also be important in T cell function and contribute to the prevention of autoimmune diseases. [provided by RefSeq
