ELISA binding of Anti-Obinutuzumab monoclonal antibody, clone 169F10 (Biotin) (Cat # MAB23114) with Obinutuzumab. Coating antigen: Obinutuzumab, 1 ug/mL. Anti-Obinutuzumab monoclonal antibody, clone 169F10 (Biotin) dilution start from 2000 ng/mL. EC50= 2.643 ng/mL. While the antibody does not recognize the human IgG (data not shown).
Sandwich ELISA
The Sandwich ELISA assay is developed by using Anti-Obinutuzumab monoclonal antibody, clone 8G12 (Cat # MAB23112) and Anti-Obinutuzumab monoclonal antibody, clone 169F10 (Biotin) (Cat # MAB23114) as the capture and detection antibodies, respectively. These two antibodies recognize different epitopes. The sensitivity is less than 100 pg/mL.
