ELISA binding of Anti-Durvalumab monoclonal antibody, clone 4B5 (Cat # MAB23103) with Durvalumab. While the antibody does not recognize the human IgG (data not shown). Coating antigen: Durvalumab, 1 ug/mL. Anti-Durvalumab monoclonal antibody, clone 4B5 (Cat # MAB23103) dilution start from 1000 ng/mL. EC50 = 14.98 ng/mL.
Sandwich ELISA
Standard curve of Durvalumab Sandwich ELISA. The Durvalumab Sandwich ELISA assay is developed by using Anti-Durvalumab monoclonal antibody, clone 7B6 (Cat # MAB23102) and Anti-Durvalumab monoclonal antibody, clone 4B5 (Cat # MAB23103) as the capture and detection antibodies, respectively. In this ELISA assay, Anti-Durvalumab monoclonal antibody, clone 4B5 (Cat # MAB23103) was labeled with Biotin. The sensitivity of detecting Durvalumab is up to 0.24 ng/mL.
