Anti-Rituximab monoclonal antibody, clone 194D7 (Cat # MAB23083) binds with Rituximab. Coating antigen: Rituximab, 1 ug/mL. Anti-Rituximab monoclonal antibody, clone 194D7 dilution start from 1000 ng/mL. EC50 = 1.618 ng/mL. While the antibody does not recognize the human IgG Fc fragment (data not shown).
Sandwich ELISA
The Sandwich ELISA assay is developed by using Anti-Rituximab monoclonal antibody, clone 137C6 (Cat # MAB23082) and Anti-Rituximab monoclonal antibody, clone 194D7 (Cat # MAB23083) as capture and detection antibody, respectively. The sensitivity of detecting Rituximab is about 30 pg/mL.
