    Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) (1:50 for 30 minutes at 25°C)
    The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
    The use of PBS based diluents may result in increased background staining.

    In tissue culture supernatant (15 mM sodium azide).
