Western Blot
Western Blot analysis of Lane 1: human IgG, Lane 2: human Fc, Lane 3: human Fab, Lane 4: human Fab2, Lane 5: human IgM, and Lane 6: human IgM Fc5mu. Load: 50 ng per lane. Primary antibody: at 1:1000 for overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: HRP mouse secondary antibody at 1:40,000 for 30 min at RT. Block: for 30 min at RT.
