Western Blot
Cell lysates of LNCap (Lane 1, 30 ug) and rat testis (Lane 2, 30 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with STEAP1 monoclonal antibody, clone J2D2 (Cat # MAB2051) (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
Paraffin embedded sections of human breast cancer (A) and prostate hyperplasia tissue (B) were incubated with STEAP1 monoclonal antibody, clone J2D2 (Cat # MAB2051) (1 : 50) for 2 hours at room temperature. Antigen retrieval was performed in 0.1M sodium citrate buffer and detected using Diaminobenzidine (DAB).
