Cell lysates of LNCap (Lane 1, 30 ug) and rat testis (Lane 2, 30 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with STEAP1 monoclonal antibody, clone J2D2 (Cat # MAB2051) (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
