Applications
Western Blot
Western blot using GST monoclonal antibody, clone 3D4 (Cat # MAB1996) to detect purified GST recombinant protein (left) and in a lysate of HeLa cells expressing recombinant GST protein (right).
Approximately 0.1 ug of protein was separated by SDS-PAGE and transferred onto nitrocellulose.
After blocking the membrane was probed with the primary antibody diluted to 1.0 ug/mL for 1 h at room temperature followed by washes and reaction with a 1 : 5,000 dilution of IRDye™800 conjugated Gt-a-Mouse IgG [H&L] MX.Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay
