ELISA analysis of Human IgG2 monoclonal antibody, clone RM118 (Cat # MAB12819) at the following concentrations: 0.1 ug/mL, 0.033 ug/mL, 0.0111 ug/mL, 0.0037 ug/mL, 0.0012 ug/mL, 0.0004 ug/mL. The plate was coated with 50 ng/well of different immunoglobulins and the result shows this antibody reacts to human IgG2; no cross reactivity human IgG1, IgG3, IgG4, IgE, IgA, or IgD, mouse IgG, rat IgG, or goat IgG. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
