Western blot analysis of nonreduced (-) and reduced (+) mouse immunoglobulins (20 ng/lane) with Mouse IgG monoclonal antibody, clone RM104 (Biotin) (Cat # MAB14934) at 0.2 ug/mL working concentration. This antibody reacts to nonreduced mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3. It showed no cross reactivity with IgM, IgA, or IgE.
ELISA analysis of Mouse IgG monoclonal antibody, clone RM104 (Cat # MAB12765) at the following concentrations: 0.2 ug/mL, 0.05 ug/mL, and 0.01 ug/mL. The plate was coated with 50 ng/well of different immunoglobulins and the result shows this antibody reacts to the Fc region of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3; no cross reactivity with IgM, IgA, IgE, human or rat IgG. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
