A synthetic peptide (conjugated with KLH) corresponding to a 35 amino acid fragment, SIB35, which contains two tandem repeats of human MUC3.
Theoretical MW (kDa):
This monoclonal antibody recognizes a protein of HMW, identified as mucin 3 glycoprotein (MUC3). This monoclonal antibody shows no cross-reaction with human milk fat globule membranes, MUC1, or MUC2.
