This antibody reacts to the heavy chain of human IgG2. No cross reactivity with human IgG1, IgG3, IgG4, IgM, IgA, IgD, IgE, mouse IgG, rat IgG, or goat IgG.

ELISA analysis of Human IgG2 monoclonal antibody, clone RM118 (Cat # MAB12819) at the following concentrations: 0.1 ug/mL, 0.033 ug/mL, 0.0111 ug/mL, 0.0037 ug/mL, 0.0012 ug/mL, 0.0004 ug/mL. The plate was coated with 50 ng/well of different immunoglobulins and the result shows this antibody reacts to human IgG2; no cross reactivity human IgG1, IgG3, IgG4, IgE, IgA, or IgD, mouse IgG, rat IgG, or goat IgG. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
