  • Applications
  • Western Blot (Cell lysate)
  • Western Blot (Cell lysate)
  • Western blot analysis of cell lysates of Jurkat (40 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to NC membrane and probed with IRF7 monoclonal antibody , clone 3D9 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1120). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.

  • Gene Information
  • Entrez GeneID:
  • 3665
  • Gene Name:
  • IRF7
  • Gene Alias:
  • IRF-7H,IRF7A
  • Gene Description:
  • interferon regulatory factor 7
  • Gene Summary:
  • IRF7 encodes interferon regulatory factor 7, a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor (IRF) family. IRF7 has been shown to play a role in the transcriptional activation of virus-inducible cellular genes, including interferon beta chain genes. Inducible expression of IRF7 is largely restricted to lymphoid tissue. Multiple IRF7 transcript variants have been identified, although the functional consequences of these have not yet been established. [provided by RefSeq
