Applications
Western Blot (Transfected lysate)
The cell lysates (5 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with AKR7A3 monoclonal antibody, clone AT2E11 (Cat # MAB11112) (1:3000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
